Firstly, you will have to submit your resume. At least to most of them anyway. You will then have to go through a search process where you will have to fill in details about the job you are looking for, sonography, as well as the location in which you actually want to work or if you are prepared to relocate.

Whilst there is no guarantee that there will be sonographer jobs in the newspaper, it is definitely worth taking a look whenever you can. They will contact all of the necessary people and contacts they have to get you as many interviews as possible. At that stage it is up to you to sell your own abilities. This will provide you with a lot more opportunities than if you were to wait for jobs to pop up. They can also help you perfect your resume so that you represent yourself in the best possible way to any potential employers that might come your way.
